If you are trying to send mail via our servers and receive messages about the mail being rejected it may have occurred because of the anti-spam protection this system enforces. This is done at a number of levels, including, but not limited to various real time black holes (or RBL). The mail rejection message may also inform you which RBL has blacklisted your mail server.
If you believe that you should be able to deliver mail please go to our bug tracking system, register and leave details under the 'E-Mail Blacklists (RBL)' component. We will do our best to promptly rectify the problem.
